A hunting journey in the Carpathians involves more than choosing a species and a date. The right hunting ground, transfers, accommodation arrangements, documentation, local logistics and the people involved all need to work together.
Carpathian Reserve acts as your single point of contact around the experience. We understand what you are looking for, coordinate with trusted local partners and keep the journey connected before your arrival, during your stay and through the steps that follow the hunt.
The hunting activity itself remains in the hands of the authorised hunting ground and its professionals. Our role is to make the experience around it feel clear, personal and properly coordinated.

Carpathian Reserve offers two levels of concierge service. Signature Hosted Experience is our principal hosted format. Bespoke Reserve is created individually for guests whose expectations, logistics or desired level of exclusivity go beyond a standard framework.

Signature Hosted Experience

Our Signature Hosted Experience is designed for hunters who want their journey carefully prepared, personally coordinated and supported from arrival to departure.
It combines pre-arrival planning, one point of contact, local coordination and practical support throughout the confirmed itinerary, while keeping hunting-ground charges and external specialist services clear and separate.

- Pre-arrival planning and coordination
- Coordination with the selected hunting ground and relevant local partners
- Assistance with the documentary steps that fall within our concierge role
- One private return transfer between Cluj-Napoca International Airport and Bistrița
- Local transfers included in the confirmed itinerary
- Personal coordination and support throughout the Experience Days
- One point of contact before, during and after the hunting experience
Transfers from other airports can be arranged upon request. The applicable rate may differ depending on the airport, distance and logistics required.

Clear Costs. No Hidden Hunting-Ground Mark-Ups.
The Signature concierge fee is the Carpathian Reserve service fee. It is not an all-inclusive hunting package.
Accommodation, meals, hunting-ground services, hunting authorisations and applicable fees, trophy charges, taxidermy, Trophy Management, international trophy shipment and other third-party services are not included unless they are expressly stated in your personalised proposal.
Where external services are required, your proposal will show how they are handled so that you understand what Carpathian Reserve provides, what our partners provide and which costs are separate before the booking is confirmed.

For those who expect something truly individual, Bespoke Reserve is the most exclusive expression of the Carpathian Reserve experience.
There is no standard itinerary and no predefined formula. Every journey is created individually around you — your expectations, your preferred species, your time, your level of comfort and the way you want to experience the Carpathians.
From the first conversation, we shape the experience around your requirements, working with carefully selected partners to bring each element together.
Private helicopter transfers can be arranged upon request where operationally and legally possible, while private scenic helicopter flights over the Carpathians can offer an entirely different perspective on the landscape.
A Bespoke Reserve journey may involve extended stays, multiple hunting experiences, exceptional accommodation, dedicated ground or air transportation, wildlife photography, arrangements for accompanying guests, private media support or other individually requested elements.
But Bespoke Reserve is not defined by a list of services.
