2. What data we collect

This website does not use contact forms, user accounts, cookies or analytics. We collect personal data only in the following situations:

When you contact us by e-mail, telephone or messaging: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, the content of your message and any details you choose to share so that we can prepare a proposal (for example preferred species, dates, hunting experience, travel arrangements and accompanying guests).
When you book an experience: the identification, travel, invoicing and — where legally required for hunting, firearm or trophy documentation — permit details necessary to coordinate the services you have requested.
When you visit the website: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and technical operation.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a personalised proposal — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
To coordinate and deliver the services you have booked — performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)).
To comply with legal obligations, including accounting, tax and, where applicable, hunting and trophy documentation requirements under Romanian and EU law (Article 6(1)(c)).
To keep the website secure and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing communications unless you have asked us to.

We never sell personal data. We share it only with:

our hosting and e-mail providers, who process data on our behalf;
the hunting grounds, accommodation providers, transfer providers, taxidermists, transport companies and other local partners involved in the services you have requested — only the data each of them needs;
public authorities where the law requires it, for example for hunting authorisations, veterinary or CITES documentation and customs procedures relating to your trophy;
our professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) under confidentiality obligations.

5. International transfers

Your data is stored in Romania, within the European Union. Where a service you request involves a provider or authority outside the European Economic Area (for example the transport of a trophy to your home country), we transfer only the data necessary to perform that service, as permitted by GDPR Article 49(1)(b).

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 24 months from our last exchange, so that we can follow up on your request.
Bookings, proposals, contracts and invoices: for as long as Romanian accounting, tax and hunting legislation requires.
Server logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider for security purposes.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the e-mail address above; we will respond within one month.

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services and does not embed third-party content that tracks visitors. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS and hosted in Romania. Access to your data is limited to the people who need it to handle your enquiry or booking. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; please avoid sending sensitive documents by e-mail unless we have asked for them.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
