Beyond the Hunt
Trophy Management
From the hunting ground to your home, carefully coordinated.
Your hunting experience may end in the field, but the care of your trophy does not. Carpathian Reserve coordinates the next steps with trusted local professionals and specialist partners, helping you choose the appropriate preparation and, where required, arrange the documentation and logistics for its onward journey.
One Point of Contact
Care Beyond the Hunt
Whether you prefer a traditional European skull mount or a more elaborate naturalistic piece, we help connect your trophy with the right specialist. We coordinate collection, local transport, workshop communication and progress updates, according to the service agreed with you. The work itself is carried out by our selected professional partners.
Two Approaches to Trophy Care
Standard Local Trophy Management
For traditional trophy preparation, including professional skull cleaning, degreasing and whitening, we coordinate collection, local transport to a selected professional, workshop communication and progress updates.
Premium Trophy Management
For shoulder mounts, full mounts and complex naturalistic compositions, we coordinate the project with a specialist premium taxidermist. The type of mount, scope of work, timing and price are assessed individually.
International Coordination
Helping Your Trophy Travel Home
For international guests, we can also coordinate the steps involved in transporting a trophy to its destination. Depending on the species, the form of the finished trophy and the destination country, this may involve communication with the taxidermist, relevant veterinary and CITES authorities where applicable, customs specialists and transport providers.
We help organise the process and keep you informed, while the necessary permits, certificates, customs procedures and shipment are handled or issued by the competent authorities and authorised service providers. Requirements, costs and timelines are confirmed for each individual case. Shipment can proceed only once all applicable documentation and arrangements are in place.
Clear Costs, No Surprises
Transparent at Every Stage
Trophy preparation, taxidermy, veterinary documentation, export formalities, packaging and international shipping are separate services and costs unless expressly included in your personalised proposal. We explain the proposed arrangements and communicate applicable charges before services are confirmed.
The hunting ground’s trophy fees are separate from Carpathian Reserve’s coordination fees.
